ΔKE DUES NOTICE
We continually need to make improvements to the house which the members very much appreciate. Our management company, S&T Management, has had a lot to do with our top standing on campus and we are fortunate to have them on board. We have a very valuable property with the “best” location on campus. Of course the house itself is a “classic” with private parking, a beautiful porch, a well-kept garden and now a new flag pole. With these valuable assets there is no reason we shouldn’t continue to be one of the leading fraternities on campus.
We would not be in this position, though, without the yearly support from our loyal and generous alumni. The house is expensive to maintain and the alumni dollars contribute in a big way towards our success. The Board of Directors will continue to work closely with the actives.
We deeply thank all of you for your support, and in particular to those alumni who donated last year. We hope that you will continue to help support Theta Zeta.
